URLCash is a veteran in the making money category
So what is URLCash about, well it’s an very old site. They started 12 years ago 2006 and quickly become very popular among people that posted a lot of links on forums or on their own blogs. This was an opportunity with very little work earn some extra money on their pages.
To use URLCash you need to create an account which is 100% free and takes like 30 seconds. Then you move on to the Create Links tab to start using your account. You will be presented with three options. The first option is the easiest, you simply paste your destination link (example an image, article, blog post etc.) and chose if the destination is family safe or adult and then hit submit button and violá you have created your very first URLCash link. Now you paste that link in the appropriate place.
The seconds option which is also the most used option on URLCash is the Batch Create option. Here you can with just a few clicks convert thousands of links to money making URLCash links. It’s also here all the more advanced features are. You can chose one of the 15 different “URLCash” domains, you can chose to create galleries with thumbnails that will be posted on their sister site URLGalleries. This means you make some extra cash from their traffic completely free for you.
The third option is an Auto Link Generator script that you paste in your site and then all the links on that page becomes paying URLCash links. You can add exceptions for the domains in url you have on the page that you want untouched. Clever.
Can advertisement be good?
Anyway, you if you go with posting galleries then you need to create an URLGalleries blog which you also do from your URLCash account. Other options you need to chose are categories for your posted galleries and if you want to use Top Frame or Landingpage. Top Frame means that when a surfer clicks on one of your thumbnail to see the big image then there will be a bar on top of the page with a link or two of advertisement. Landingpage means that after the click on the thumbnail the visitor will see, what I call, an “In between page” with a full page ad with an Continue button to the right. Your surfer will need to click on that button to see the big picture.
Yes, we all hate advertisement but there is no affiliate program on earth that payout free money so there needs to be an source of income for the owners of the affiliate program. Which in this case means advertisement.
Other areas on URLCash are the News section where the staff present their latest stuff and info. Here you can also communicate with other affiliates just like your self. Then we have the Profile and Statistics tabs which are pretty self explanatory. The Referrers tab is for those that want to earn 25% commission on each affiliate they refer to URLCash.
Old but with many options
For me URLCash feels “old” when it comes to layout but I tried all features out and it works. I actually published 12 galleries on the sister site URLGalleries and started to make money right away. It’s no BIG money but hey it only took me like one minute per gallery to setup 🙂 So do some calculations if you spend a few days making galleries and then have small money streams for ever. It could become one gigantic flood of money. Oh yea, this brings me to my final saying about this site. They have a spotless records of paying their affiliates since the start 12 years ago. Not many affiliate programs can brag about that 😉
